- OF-612 OPTIONAL APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL EMPLOYMENT SOL-615-14-000001 USPSC Senior Health Systems Strengthening (HSS) Advisor The U.S. Agency for International Development's Mission to Kenya (USAID/Kenya) s seeking applications from qualified candidates, interested in providing the personal services described in the attached solicitation. This solicitation is for U.S. personal services contract for the position of Senior Health Systems Strengthening (HSS) Advisor for USAID/Kenya's Office of Population and Health. Applicants interested in applying for this position must submit the following materials: (i) His/her most current curriculum vitae or resume; (ii) Signed form OF 612; (iii) Three (3) to five (5) references, who are not family members or relatives, with telephone and email contacts; and (iv) A one-page written statement (in readable, legible font) that addresses the Evaluation/Selection Criteria in this solicitation.
