W91238-14-Q-0081 0001 A SB CT6 MIT Implementation Solicitation Amendment W91238-14-Q-0081 A SB CT6 MIT Implementation Solicitation A SB CT6 MIT Implementation drawings and plans The A-SB CT6 Mit Implementation is a performance-based prequirement for installation of all mitigation features described in this solicitation and 3 years of establishment maintenance services on the Sacramento River (SR) River Mile (RM) 26.0L. The overall responsibility of the Contractor is to manage and perform the activities described herein, which are to install vegetation, install a temporary irrigation system, irrigate, weed, maintain existing beaver barrier fence (BBF) and mitigation signage. The maintenance service elements (irrigation, weeding, BBF & sign maintenance) shall be preformed for a total of 1,095 days (3 years). The Performance Based Service Contract provides potential Offeror's the flexibility to develop cost effective solutions and the opportunity to propose innovative alternatives to meet the stated objectives. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, material, tools, supervision, quality control, and other items necessary to ensure that the designated habitats are installed and maintained in order to provide suitable environment for vegetation establishment at this site. The proposed acquisition will be awarded using a formal Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Process as described in FAR 15.101-2. All work will be done during normal Federal workdays in daylight hours
