- Delineated Area EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE IN Williston, North Dakota REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is soliciting expressions of interest and market information for office space in Williston, North Dakota. Range of rentable square footage is approximately 6,300 - 6,615 RSF. Included in the rental consideration shall be ten (10) onsite, reserved parking spaces, with room for one (1) oversize vehicle, for Official Government Vehicles, as well as additional unreserved parking spaces nearby. TERM: Lease shall be ten (10) year/five (5) years firm. DELINEATED AREA: A ten (10) mile radius from the Sloulin Field International Airport, located at 421 Airport Road, Williston, North Dakota 58802 Note: Properties must immediately front the delineated area to be considered. Also, preference shall be given to offers located within the Central Business District (CBD). OCCUPANCY: Space to be ready by September 15, 2015. REQUIREMENT: Buildings offered for consideration must have the ability to meet all current Federal, State, and Local codes and regulations including, but not limited to, fire and life safety, handicapped accessibility, and OSHA by the required occupancy date per the terms of the Lease. The building must also have the ability to meet certain building and energy efficiencies in accordance with the Energy Independence and Security Act. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in a flood plain unless there are no other practicable alternatives. Expressions of Interest must be received in writing no later than Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at 5:00pm (EST). Please provide the following information: • Brief description of the offered location; • Location of space in the building and date of availability; • Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and full service rental rate per RSF; • ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet offered and full service rental rate per ABOA SF; • Scalable floor plans (as-built) identifying offered space and ground floor plan (if different from offered space). PDF files are acceptable; • Stated ability to meet the required occupancy date of no later than September 15, 2015. • Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact. *Owners, brokers, or agents may offer space for consideration. Any properties submitted by brokers or agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized by the ownership to exclusively represent the building offered.
