- This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. This is not a solicitation. This Request for Information has been submitted for market research purposes only and no pricing need be submitted. Please review this request for information, including all attachments, in their entirety. Prospective offerors need to submit a Capabilities Statement. The Government is in no way obligated to do business with or enter into any form of contract with any person, firm or other entity that receives or responds to this announcement. Responding parties must indicate their CAGE Code, DUNS Number, and size status in relation to the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code. The proposed NAICS code is 541513 with a size standard of $25.5M. POINT OF CONTACT: Wendell W.
