This is not a request for proposal or quote announcement. This is a sources sought notice only, do not submit pricing. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future and potential solicitation. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size classification relative to NAICS code339112 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Consistent with the VA's Veterans First Contracting Program, VA is particularly interested in identifying Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and/or Veteran-Owned Small Businesses with the capability to perform. The Sources Sought Notice purpose, in the interest of seeking competition, is to determine the interest and capability of firms who can offer endovascular implant prosthetics brand name or equal to W.L. Gore & Associates, Inc. The New Mexico Veterans Affairs Health Care System (NMVAHCS) located at 1501 San Pedro Dr SE, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87108 has a need for brand-name or equal commercially available W.L. Gore Excluder Endoluminal Grafts on a consignment basis. Contractor shall furnish all supplies listed below on a consignment basis in accordance with the terms and conditions of a consignment agreement. Items as listed shall be placed at the VA Medical Center, stocked in a secured area agreed upon by the Contractor and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and as described by the product labeling, at no additional cost to the Government.
