- The Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic, Charleston, SC has a requirement for the items attached. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for attached items, in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. Contract is to be FOB DESTINATION shipped to Receiving Officer, US NAVY, SPAWAR ATLANTIC CHARLESTON, SC, 1008 TRIDENT STREET, HANAHAN, SC 29410. The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the products to the cited and will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes are due to Melanie Carter, Business Specialist, SPAWARSYSCEN, Atlantic by 4 September 2014, 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. The Government will not pay for any information received.
