Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA250-14-Q-0684 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-75. The requirement is for manufacturer brand name or equal Pitney Bowes Arrival Tracking System Software, Extended Edition and 6 line items that make up a configuration of the arrival tracking system. Delivery location: Chief of Logistics-Warehouse, 4100 W. Third St., Receiving Building 126, Dayton, Ohio 45428 and shall be FOB destination. Delivery and installation required within 30 days of contract award. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a formal, written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-75. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: https://www.acquisition.gov. The Government will issue a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements within this solicitation and will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
