THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE REPRESENTING A MARKET SURVEY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, PROPOSAL ABSTRACTS, QUOTATIONS OR INVITATION FOR BIDS The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 1 is conducting a MARKET RESEARCH SURVEY for the West Haven VAMC to obtain information regarding: (1) the availability and capability of qualified large business sources (2) the availability and capability of qualified small business sources; (3) whether they are Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Veteran-Owned, Small Business, HUB Zone 8(a), Women-Owned, or small disadvantaged business concerns; and (4) their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. The NAICS code is 339113 The West Haven VAMC is looking for businesses that can supply ( 1 PCE) Brand Name MEDRAD INTEGO 200 Infusion Pump, (2 PCE) VIAL SHIELDs, (1 JOB) INSTALLATION OF THE INTEGO. The following items are required for this system to be used to the full extent: 1.INTEGO 200 SYSTEM 2. VAIL SHIELD 3.INSTALLATION POTENTIAL SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THEIR RESPONSE: 1) Company name, address, phone number, primary contact(s), e-mail address, NAICS code(s), business size (i.e., small/large) and DUNS Number. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence, that competition will be advantageous to the Government. In doing so, interested sources must submit technical capabilities, pricing and other information, which demonstrates the ability to meet the Government's need. This information must be received no later than (NLT) 09/04/2014 at 4 PM EST. Contracting.
