Description

Attachment 2 - Acceptable Floor Plan DPG Medora RD Trailers - Full Solicitation & Attachment 1, Experience Questionnaire SF-1449 - Cover, Solicitation for Commercial Items STATEMENT OF WORK: The requirements of this contract are for the supply, delivery and set up of three (3), new, 14' x 60', two (2) bedroom, two (2) bathroom, mobile home/trailers. The homes shall be delivered and set up at the Bureau of Land Management/Forest Service property, located at 40th Ave. SW in Dickinson, North Dakota, 58601. The homes shall be set up on existing trailer pads. Set up to include concrete post and piers, blocks and anchors, installation of insulated skirting and hooked up to existing water and sewer lines. The trailers shall be manufactured to meet the ICC building codes for western North Dakota for roof, wind and live floor loads. The supplier shall submit shop drawings to the Forest Service for review prior to fabrication.
