Description: SUBJECT: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT. There is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services can satisfy agency requirements. It is the Government's intent to award a sole source to Parent to Parent, USA, 2030 M Street, Washington, DC. 20036, to provide assistance in polulating and facilitating the Military Parent to Parent (MP2P) strategic network plan for families with special needs. This strategic plan will include an approach that's core commitment is to improve the well-being of special children and their caregivers with the military community. This MP2P network will foster, create and nurture peer support group facilitators with leadership abilities to support parents with the MP2P network. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Solicitation No. HDQMWR-14-R-0026 is assigned to this specific procurement.
