Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS HVAC Maintenance The Coatesville VA Medical Center located at 1400 Blackhorse Hill Rd., PA 19320, intends to release Solicitation VA244-14-Q-1584 for HVAC maintenance services. These services will require the contractor to provide all the tools, materials, equipment, labor and supervision to provide HVAC service at the Coatesville VA Medical Center located at 1400 Blackhorse Hill Rd., PA 19320. The full solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS www.fbo.gov on or shortly after September 3, 2014. This full solicitation will be a 100 percent Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, size standard $15 million. This will be a Fixed Price Contract with a 12 month period of performance commencing upon contract award.
