- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N66604-14-Q-2460. This procurement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334511. Size standard is 750 employees. NUWC Division Newport intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for the following items: CLIN 0001 QTY 1 Raymarine Radar Dome (Includes 10M cable), P/N: RD418HD CLIN 0002 QTY 1 Raymarine E125 Radar Supply, P/N: E70023-LNC CLIN 0003 DELETED CLIN 0004 QTY 1 Raymarine EV1 Heading Sensor, P/N: E70096 CLIN 0005 QTY 1 Raymarine T-Piece, P/N: A06028 CLIN 0006 QTY 1 Raymarine Backbone cable, P/N: A06068 CLIN 0007 QTY 1 Raymarine Raystar 130 GPS Antenna, P/N: E32153 CLIN 0008 QTY 1 Raymarine STng Starter Kit, P/N: T70134 Required delivery is as follows: All CLINs - No later than 30 days after date of contract award. F.O.B. Destination: Naval Station Newport; Newport, RI. New equipment only; No remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. The following provisions and clauses apply: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items. Evaluation factors are technical capability, price and past performance. Each is equally important; FAR 52.212-3 (Alt 1), Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, and In accordance with FAR 39.204(d), an exception to Section 508 applies as this requirement does not include EIT or is exempt from 508 requirements.
