- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-14-Q-0431 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76, Defense Circular Number 20140828, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2014-0421. This procurement is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. The Associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this request is 484210 with a size standard $27.5 MIL or under. The results of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001- 1 (lot) Removal, storage, and reinstallation of furniture and shelving in accordance with attached Statement of Work (SOW). There will be a recommended site visit on Friday, 5 September 2014, 1:30 AM Arizona Local Time. All contractors attending the site visit will meet at the DMAFB visitors center at the Main Gate located at the intersection of Craycroft Road and Golf Links Road at 8:30 AM Arizona Local Time, with your driver's license, insurance and registration. To attend the site visit, please send the name of the people attending to A1C Christopher Vilmont, christopher.vilmont@us.af.mil, and A1C Amanda Wesson, amanda.wesson@us.af.mil, no later than Thursday, 4 September, 2014 at 4:00 PM Arizona Local Time. It is highly encouraged for potential bidders to attend the site visit so any site conditions that may affect the bid can be identified. Shipping will be FOB Destination to F1P42B - Medical Supply, 4175 S. Alamo St., Bldg 400, DMAFB, Tucson, AZ. 85707. The shipment should be marked for Ms. Kelly Ramos.
