- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office has issued a Request For Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial services contract for Coho Population Monitoring located at Fourth Field Watersheds, Oregon within the vicinity of BLM Salem district area of responsibility. The performance period is from date of award through September 19, 2019. The performance period is for five years. The NAICS code is 541690 and the small business size standard is $14 Million. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable. Award will be made to the responsible respondent pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1.
