- IPP Waiver Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Proposal (RFP). The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. The NAICS code is 541211 and the size standard is $19.0. This is a total small businesses set-aside. The Bureau of Fiscal Service on behalf of the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Adminstration is contracting to acquire Statistician Services. Clauses, provisions, and a performance work statement may be found in the attachment. Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) and assigned rating are not applicable to this acquisition. Proposals shall be received no later than Monday, September 8, 2014 @ 12:00 PM ET.
