Suggested equipment. Fall Hall Layout Drawing 1. Statement of Work. Fall Hall Layout Drawing 2. Laramie, Wyoming Wage Determination This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for RFQSoundSystem this solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. The associated NAICS code is 334310 with a size standard of 750EMP. Requirements are as follows: CLIN 0001- Sound System Please see attached suggested equipment list for equipment and specs. CLIN 0002- Installation Please see attached statement of work and drawings 1 and 2. Although a site visit is not required it is highly encouraged, the site visit will be held 10 September 2014 at 1:00pm MST at F.E. Warren AFB, WY. Directions can be provided upon request. Contractors should meet at the visitor's center (located at the main gate) at least 15 minutes early in order to get signed in. (Be sure you have a valid driver's license, insurance, and registration.) See Attached SOW for requirement specifics See Attached WD 2005-2587 Rev 13 PROVISIONS/CLAUSES. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Item, applies to this acquisition. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Specifically, the following DFARS clauses cited are applicable to this solicitation: 252.204-7004, Alternate A, 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports, 5352.201-9101 Ombudsman, 5352.242-9000, Contractor Access to Air Force Installation. Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement lowest price technically acceptable (b) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award. Quotations/offers or modification of quotes/offers received at the address specified for the receipt of offers after the exact time specified for receipt of offers WILL NOT be considered (ref. FAR 52.212-1(f)). All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) ref. FAR 52.204-7 database prior to any contract award. Please submit the following information with each quote: Cage Code, DUNS number, Tax Identification Number, Prompt Payment Terms, Delivery Time, Date offer expires, warranty, Line item unit price, and Total cost.
