- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W9127Q-14-P-7686 is issued as a Request for Proposal. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. This solicitation is unrestricted. NAICS is 511210. Small Business Standard is $38.5. CLIN 0001: ON-SITE EVALUATION/AUDIT, 1 EA. Contractor shall provide On Site Evaluation of current maintenance operations, a minimum of two weeks prior to actual training to determine a clear training plan based on current operations and use of the CCPM & Concerto Software. Evaluation timeline shall not exceed two (2) days on-site evaluation with three (3) days of offsite review and training material development. CLIN 0002: TRAINING - CCPM and CONCERTO SOFTWARE, 1 EA. Contractor shall provide training for CCPM & Concerto Software; software is already installed and in service. This training is an intermediate level training that shall cover (but not limited to): oChallenges, oExecution Management Concept oCritical Chain Planning oConcerto Basic Pipeline & Virtual Drum Concepts oConcerto Web Applications oSoftware Administration Training will be for ten (10) individuals not to exceed five (5) days. Contractor and Trainers must be authorized by the software developer and owner (Realization Technologies, Inc.) to provide necessary training; certification will be required upon award of this contract. CLIN 0003: TRAVEL - to MS ARNG TASMG in GULFPORT, MS 39505 Contractor travel requirements shall be issued against this CLIN. Payment will be reimbursed against actual travel expenses and shall not exceed current GSA Rates per location (Gulfport, MS). Payment will be made IAW the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) pursuant of FAR Part 31 for Per Diem and Travel Expenses. Expenses include: airfare, airport parking/mileage, rental car, lodging, and per diem and shall not exceed. Evaluation criteria will be based on best value; Price, Technical, and Past Performance. Technical and Past Performance, when combined, are approximately equal to Price.
