- The FAA is seeking to obtain market information from offerors to construct roof and ladder installation and new air condenser and chiller conductor feed replacement. This project will replace the four roofs of the Guam CERAP Facility. The Guam CERAP is composed of four roofs excluding the Tower Cab. The roof has no known ACM material. The following is a brief, general description of the work required for the condenser and chiller: Fill and close up the wall openings at ZUA CERAP ground floor portico at east entry point facing the Guard House and install a precast polymer concrete shallow trench drain systems to the portico stair landing area.The responses to this market survey will be used for information purposes only. This is not a screening information request for proposals of any kind. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore, any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor ™s expense. THIS MARKET SURVEY IS SET ASIDE AS A FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest from offerors capable of meeting the requirements. The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160- Roofing Contractors. Interested firms are required to email the attached Business Declaration form to deana.galloway@faa.gov. No phone calls will be accepted regarding this market survey. All interested vendor ™s written responses must be received by 2:00 pm PST on Friday, September 26, 2014 with the following information: 1. Capability Statement 2. Business Declaration This SIR is for informational purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment or a promise to contract by the Government. The Government is not liable for costs associated with the preparation, submittal of inquiries, or responses for the announcement and will not reimburse any firm for costs incurred in responding to the public announcement. Responses will not be returned. No solicitation exists as this time.
