Description

This Special notice is to inform that an award using FAR 6.302-1, Other than Full and Open Competition, Only One Responsible Source And No Other Supplier Or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, was made to Hexis Cyber Solutions. The decision of awarding a purchase order using FAR 6.302-1 was made after a solicitation was placed under NASA SEWP and resulted in no quotes received. However, the Department of Veterans Affairs will consider any capability statements received resultants from this notice as part of an ongoing market research for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurements for future requirements; there is no solicitation document related to this Special Notice and no Request for Proposals will be available.
