- Atch 1, Statment of Need Request for Quote This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFQ) will not be issued. The solicitation number is JBKAAC-14-0008 and is issued as a RFQ. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect though Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76 and DFARS change notice 20140828. This NAICS code is 811310 and the size standard is $7,500,000. This is a requirement for a Service Agreement to Maintain the Solar Gas Turbines at Wilford Hall Ambulatory Service Center (WHASC).
