Washakie, WY 82514 The Bureau of Indian Affairs requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: Base Period of Performance: 10/01/2014 - 09/30/2015 LI 001: Lodgepole Pine Seedlings Specifications: Grow 20,000 (20 thousand) Lodgepole pine seedlings in styro 5.5 (160/90ml) blocks, from seed provided by Bureau of Indian Affairs, Wind River Agency, Wyoming. The trees grown will be in accordance with accepted horticultural practices currently in use in the nursery profession. Minimum height of the seedlings will be 10 cm, with a desired height between 10 cm and 25 cm. Minimum caliper will be 2.5 mm with desired caliper between 3.5 mm and 4.5 mm. Seedling will be wrapped in poly shipping bags in bundles of 25 and packed in wax dipped boxes at 300 seedlings per box. Seedlings will be frozen when delivery takes place unless other arrangements are made. The agency will coordinate delivery of the seedlings by either picking them up or letting the contractor arrange delivery.
