Replace Cooling Towers Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a Request for Proposal for a MATOC contractor to procure cooling towers and associated equipment for the VA Central California Health Care System located at 2615 E. Clinton Ave., Fresno, California. This Request for Proposal is for current VISN 21 MATOC holders only. Estimated project cost is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
