Description

Request for Quote KOARO5RE004 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A request for quotation (RFQ), KOARO5RE004, for HVAC maintenance and repair at DFAS Rome is available as an attachment to this notice. The requirement is unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning Contractors and the size standard is $15 Million. This is a four-year (one base year and (3) one-year options) requirement for HVAC maintenance and repair for DFAS Rome. The factors to be used in the evaluation of quotes are price and past performance. All quotes shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. Quotes are due by 2:00 P.M.
