Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 11 facilities, Ann Arbor, MI, Battle Creek, MI, Detroit, MI and Saginaw, MI, intends to negotiate on a sole source procurement under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, with GE Medical Systems Information Technologies, Inc., 9900 Innovation Drive, Wauwatosa, WI 53226-4856 for the procurement of: 24/7 Technical Phone support, remote diagnostics and onsite response as needed for GE Medical Systems (GEMS) Muse software System, for the period 10/1/2014-9/30/2015. NAICS 811219 applies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents shall be posted and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any manufacturer that determines it can meet the requirements may provide written notice via email to joyce.miller@va.gov prior to 9/22/2014 @ 10:00 AM EDST/EDT. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement(s). This information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government. All responses received will be evaluated. However, the information received will be used solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and is at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer.
