Description

The Network Contracting Office (NCO 20) intends to issue an RFQ for single award blanket purchase agreement. Under an agreement, the BPA holder shall provide, on a consignment basis, various Zilver drug eluding self-expanding stents prescribe by a VA Clinician and when ordered by an authorized Contracting Officer during the term of the agreement. The term of a BPA will be sixty months and support VISN 20 Radiology dept. requirements. The Request for Quote will be issued pursuant to: FAR Parts 12 & 13. The RFQ will run open and continuous for a period of 15 days from the posting date. A BPA will be awarded pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13.303-2 to any responsible offeror who meets the evaluation criteria outlined in the RFQ. The solicitation is being issued as full and open competition. The NACIS code for this effort is 339113 and the product code is 6515.
