This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for medical equipment. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) VA258-14-Q-0700 for QA MAGNISPECT MAGNIFICATION/INSPECTION, 22" DESK TOP UNIT or equal (contractor to provide all management, labor, install, materials, training and equipment necessary to perform work outlined in the Scope of Work/CLINS at Dallas VA Medical Center, 4500 S Lancaster Rd, Dallas, TX 75216. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms, clauses, and conditions incorporated herein. CLIN 0001 EA 3 Brandname or equal QA MAGNISPECT MAGNIFICATION/INSPECTION, 22" DESK TOP UNIT include: training install NOTE: THIS RFQ VA258-14-Q-0700 IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS as SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238160. The size standard is 500 Employees. The solicitation will be available on the web only. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of Buy. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. No partial shipments are permitted unless specifically authorized at the time of award. Delivery must be made within 45 days or less after receipt of order (ARO).
