- Brand Name Justification This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for Naval Medical Center San Diego. This is a 100 (one hundred) percent small business set-aside. This is also a brand name requirement for Pronk test kits as described herein. This requirement is to be delivered to Naval Medical Center San Diego, 34800 Bob Wilson Drive, San Diego, California 92134. The closing date for submitting proposals is September 10, 2014 at 9:00 AM, PST. The delivery date of this requirement is September 22, 2014. This electronic announcement constitutes the only request for quotations. No further solicitations will be issued. The solicitation number is N00259-14-T-0321. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at the following web address: http://acquisition.gov/far. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is: 339112, Size: 500. All interested Vendors shall submit quotations electronically by email to sandra.kretschmar@med.navy.mil or by facsimile at 619-532-5596, ATTN: Sandra Kretschmar. E-mail submissions are limited to 2MB. The submitter should confirm receipt of facsimile and email submissions. All quotations must be received by e-mail to sandra.kretschmar@med.navy.mil by 9:00 am PST on 10 September 2014 to be considered. All other offers will be considered nonresponsive and will not be considered. Naval Medical Center San Diego requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following: Item: Quantity: Unit of Issue: Price: SC-5+ Oxslim Pronk test kit 8 ea SC-5 Pronk Adapter sets 8 ea Shipping 1 ea Evaluation factors shall be considered as follows: 1) Technical capability (able to produce the required items; brand name); 2) Delivery (delivery date of 22 Sep 2014) and 3) Price. Technical capability and delivery when combined outweighs price. Material must be warrantied against defect. Other qualifications that must be met in order for a quotation to be considered: 1. The Government will only consider firm fixed-price quotations. 2. Bidders must complete and submit quotations IAW FAR provision 52.212-3. 3.
