REFERENCE: VA262-14-Q-0324 The VISN 22, Network Contracting Office is seeking contractor to provide all facility, labor and materials necessary for off-site Readjustment Counseling Services to eligible Veterans and their family members residing in the Northern San Luis Obispo, California area limited to zip codes 93466 or 93422, and within the Santa Barbara County, California for Veterans and their family members residing in the zip code 93101. The Readjustment Counseling services must be provided by a State of California Board Certified Psychologist (PhD), emphasizing and understanding the readjustment problems directed to social, psychological, or behavioral problems from military duty to civilian life. This is Pre-solicitation notice only. NAICS is 621498; 100% Small Business Set-Aside and the applicable Size Standard is $19 Mil. Request for Quotation (RFQ) solicitation document shall be posted on or about September 9, 2014 and the response date on or about September 23, 2014. The Government intends to publish this solicitation online at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. All offerors are advised to thoroughly review the entire document, paying special attention to all required document to be submitted in the proposal.
