- Drawing Solicitation This synopsis is for non-commercial items to be procured under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for HX-29 ceramic elements. 2,280 poled elements and 240 non-poled elements. The element drawing is covered under distribution D and requires registration at the Joint Certification Program (JCP) at http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/ to receive a copy. The Request For Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-14-Q-2861 and will include 52.213-4 -- Terms and Conditions -- Simplified Acquisitions (Other Than Commercial Items). Delivery is F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport, Newport, RI 12 weeks after award. This is an unrestricted acquisition. NAICS 334511 Size standard is 750 employees. The contract type is firm fixed price. The acquisition source selection will be Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) and Past Performance. Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating of DO-C9 applies. Quotes must be submitted to Contracts Department, Building 1258, Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, Code 0223, Newport, Rhode Island 02841-1708, e-mailed to brett.griffin@navy.mil or faxed to 401-832-4820. Quotes must be received by 2:00 p.m. on specified date. Quotes received after this date are late and will not be considered for award.
