- Second Turn Wear and Tear First Turn Second Straight Section Wear and Tear Lane Numbers Wear and Tear First Straight Section Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials and transportation to remove and dispose of existing latex bound track surfacing off site. Thoroughly clean and make minor repairs to asphalt paving as needed. Install new CalTrax TM MS or equal surfacing. See attached cut sheet. Area of surfacing is 440 yard track oval 24 feet wide figured at 3705 squared yards. Color of surfacing is to be standard red. Layout and stripe lane lines for 8 lanes, mile start finish and 2 sets of lane numbers, one on each straight. Please email all Requests for Informations (RFI's) to SrA Andrew Rhoades at andrew.rhoades.1@us.af.mil. Close out date for all RFI's is Tuesday, 9 September 2014 at 4:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time. Responses to all RFI's will be posted by COB the following day, 10 September 2014.
