- Solicitation Number: N0016814RC03442. Notice Type: Sources Sought Synopsis: The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Contracting Operations Division – National Capitol Region, Bethesda, MD, intends to issue a firm-fixed-price, sole source contract to: Logi-D Corporation (CAGE Code: 6EXM9), of Henderson, NV; for the expansion of their existing automated inventory management solution, into the department of Cardiology at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), Bethesda, MD. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12.603 under streamlined solicitation for commercial items. Logi-D Corporation is the developer and vendor of the 2BIN-iD solution to manage stock and non-stock items, the CC-iD solution to manage high-value items; and, the PC-iD solution for charge capture in hospital supply chain automation as will be applied to the Department of Cardiology. Logi-D Corporation is the only company with access to the data rights for the installation, integration and maintenance of their systems. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541614 and the size standard is $14 Million. All responsible sources may submit a response. A determination made by the Government to not compete this requirement will be based on responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued. Interested firms may identify their interest in writing to the Government point of contact. All responses to this notice must be received no later than 10:00 AM EDST, 12 September 2014.
