- maps set 4 maps set 3 maps set 2 maps set 1 specification clauses and provisions bid schedule solicitation form This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation No. is AG-4741-S-14-0010 is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ), and the acquisition procedures at FAR Part 13.5 are being utilized. A firm-fixed price service contract is intended to be awarded to a small business concern for site preparation and tree planting on approximately 993.3 acres on federal easements in Carroll, Lake, Tipton, Dyer, and Madison counties, Tennessee. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76 effective August 25, 2014. This is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable NAICS Code is 115112, which has a size standard of $7.5 million. The bid schedule, clauses and provisions, specification, maps and the applicable Dept. of Labor Wage Determination will be uploaded as separate attachments to this notice. The performance time for the work is identified in the Specification for the CLINs, and the place of performance is shown on the maps. The Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. FAR provision 52.212-2 will not be used. Award will be based on price and price related factors. Offerors are required to complete the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. This must be completed at SAM.gov and the registration in an "Active" status.
