Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Ann Arbor VA Medical Center, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI.-Intent to Sole source procurement under authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, with C/J Media, Inc., 261 E 12th Ave., Suite 100, Eugene, OR to provide custom updates/revisions to current websites used by the Research Department at this facility. Modifications to this Research project/system include developing two additional Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems for use in research of diabetes and urinary catheter patients. The proposed action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the supplies that will satisfy the agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any qualified vendor that determines it can meet the government's requirements may give written notification through e-mail to Contract Specialist, calynda.baines3@va.gov, by September 12, 2014, 4:00PM EST. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for any future needs of this sort. VA Medical Center, Ann Arbor, MI will proceed to sole source this requirement to C/J Media, Inc. who is the current contractor administering/servicing this IVR system.
