Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Minneapolis VA Health Care System, is seeking potential sources to provide Dermathology MOHS Surgery Services onsite at the VA. Proposed candidates must be a board certified or board eligible dermatologist who as completed an ACMS or other ACGME approved MOHS Micrographic Surgery and Procedural Dermatology Fellowship for the treatment of skin cancers and complex dermatologic disease. Scope of services required for approximately 40 hours per week from the contractor include: '" Provide Mohs and other dermatologic surgery " Provide follow-up care to dermatology surgical patients " Train and supervise dermatology residents and medical students " Provide dermatology surgical consultations as needed " Provide outpatient Dermatology Clinic coverage as needed " On-call services for Mohs and dermatological surgical complications " Providing dermatology Mohs surgery services for clinics and consults. The NAICS code for this requirement is 621111 Size standard is $10.0 Million. This is a sources sought notice only. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Responses to this notice should include the following: name and address of company; business size (large or small); identify whether or not firm falls into any of the socioeconomic categories and any pertinent information which demonstrates firms ability to meet the above requirement.
