Description
The Buffalo VA Medical Center located at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo New York has a requirement for a service maintenance agreement to include sensor exchanges and calibration for the following equipment: a.Chemdaq ST1-HSXP1 Steri-Trac, H2O2 Sensor b.Chemdaq ST1-PSXP1 Steri-Trac, PAA Sensor The service maintenance plan is as follows: - On-site repair and replacement of parts and calibrated sensors. Parts (shall be new and sourced from the manufacturer), labor and travel coverage for on-site service from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday excluding Federal holidays, which are defined as New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. The contractor shall be onsite within 24 hours of initial service call. - All labor is to be provided by a Chemdaq trained technician certified to service this piece of equipment - Scheduled routine calibration of sensors (up to three times a year). The NAICS Code is 811219. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price contract to include four option years is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This sources sought is to determine whether there is sufficient interest to warrant either an open market or a small business set aside competition for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Buffalo VAMC. Please note at least 50 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance shall be spent for employees of the concern for a proposal to be considered for a small business set-aside. This is not a solicitation. If there is sufficient interest, a solicitation shall be posted on the FBO website on September 26th, 2014.
