- THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The 2nd Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for the procurement of the following service/commodity: Relocate Activu TF 204 Data Wall, to include dissassembly, shipment, relocation and reassembly. This is a Sole Source award to Activu Corporation, 301 Round Hill Drive, Rockaway, NJ 07866. 2 CONS/LGCC has determined that Activu Corporation is the only source capable of providing this requirement. The sole manufacturer has no authorized distributors and no other supplies or services that will satisfy agency requirements. This item/service utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 541512. This requirement is conducted under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy the requirement. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firms ability to provide an equivalent supply/service as described above and rationale as to why they should be considered. Responses received will be evaluated and considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. However, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
