- Purchase Request number 0053461380, NSN 5365-016177457, Nomenclature BUSHING, SLEEVE; Solicitation # SPM4A614Q4389. The quantity is 4070 each: IAW FATIGUE TECHNOLOGY, INC. 51439 P/N FMB-1501-45110B The solicitation will result in an award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. This procurement will be solicited as Unrestricted. FOB: Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination applies. This solicitation will not include provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) now (SAM) must be registered via https://www.sam.gov The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about September 8, 2014. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (BSM DIBBS) website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From DIBBS homepage, select Request for Proposal (RFP) under the Solicitations heading.
