Description

Attachment 4: Question Submission Form Attachment 3: Dyess Form 173 - Access to Installation Attachment 2: Contractor Site Visit Registration Form F1R31A4246A002 - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and all other necessary items to remove the existing boiler and install a new Lochinvar Power-Fin Boiler model# PBN752M9, 970,000 BTU, for building 5013 Dyess AFB Fire Department. The contractor shall remove existing boiler from south side mechanical room. The contractor shall carefully remove and reinstall the boiler that is in front the existing boiler that is being replaced if necessary. All electrical, natural gas, and water shall be shut off, isolated, secured, and properly tagged before either boiler is removed. The replacement boiler shall be a Lochinvar Power-Fin Boiler model# PBN752M9, 120 Volts, 1 Phase, 60Hz. The contractor shall make sure that the boiler will fit safely in the limited available space. The contractor shall work with the building occupants so that there will be minimum interruptions to their daily mission.
