- Proposal Checklist Solicitation Document The Department of Defense Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) intends to award on a competitive basis, using FAR parts 12 & 13, a service contract for Integrated Pest Management services in support of Laurel Bay Schools (Beaufort, SC) and Fort Jackson Schools (Columbia, SC). Period of performance is 25 September 2014 or time of award through 24 July 2015 with four (4) 12-month option periods. The DDESS is a federal government agency, an education activity, tax exempt, and qualified for academic/educational pricing. Review the solicitation document for detailed instructions for submitting response. Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation document, any supporting documents, and any applicable amendments posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at: http://www.eps.gov or https://www.fbo.gov. Amendments may be posted to FedBizOpps up to and until the response due date.
