Description

RFQ IRSE14Q00036 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for custom 1040 boxes purchase and delivery in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This will be a 12 month contract with the period of performance from: October 01, 2014 through September 30, 2015. Solicitation number W-5-W2-24-BO-X01-000 is being issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-76, effective August 26, 2014. This requirement is set-aside totally for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code and small business size standard is 322211 and 500 employee respectively.
