Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Mid-Atlantic Health Care Network (VISN 6), will be soliciting proposals for Weather Forecasting Services for 43 locations within VISN 6. The contractor shall provide all materials and supplies necessary to complete each item. A request for quote, VA246-14-Q-1146, will be issued on or about September 9, 2014. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is October 1, 2014 (or date of award) through September 30, 2015 for the base period, with three (3) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the SAM database at http://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 541990 with a size standard of $15 Million.
