- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO PROCURE TERRAGO PUBLISHER SUPPORT ON A BRAND NAME BASIS AND NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC) Acquisitions, in support of NAVFAC EXWC Chief Information Office CIO, intends to procure TerraGo Publisher for ArcGIS Support Subscription for a contract base year and two option years on a limited source (brand name only) basis in accordance with FAR 13.106(b). The government will procure the items from an authorized TerraGo reseller. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 511210 and the size standard is $38.5M. The proposed contract action is for a brand name only. The brand name product is: TerraGo Publisher for ArcGIS Concurrent annual support subscription. A part number is not available. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotation and no award will be made on the basis of proposals or quotations received in response to this notice; however, any firm that believes they have the capabilities to provide these products may give written notice to the Contract Specialist at meadow.rivas@navy.mil on or before September 15, 2014. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
