- Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Huachuca Division, DOC Operations Branch intends to award a noncompetitive sole source contract to SENTRILLION CORPORATION, 1881 Campus Commons DR STE 403, Reston, VA, 20191 to Install Marquee at the West Gate Canopy on Fort Huachuca which must be compatible with the Main and East Gate Marquees. The statutory authority permitting other than Full and Open Competition: FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (c), in accordance with AFARS 5153.9005. Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. With the complexity of this project this single pole installation has to be fully supported by the concrete. There is no cost effective way to design and install the same type of support structure we used on the Main and East Gate. SENTRILLION has demonstrated expertise with the Marquee systems and can insure the installation and integration of the Marquee will occur correctly and seamlessly. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339950. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations and a solicitation will not be issued for this requirement. Any responses or inquiries to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement action, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
