Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to issue sole-source firm-fixed priced base + 4 year option to renew contract to SRC Solutions, Inc, 4647 Saucon Creek Drive, Suite 100, Center Valley, PA 18034. A sole source procurement will be issued to SRC. SRC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business partnered with Xerox in support of the Docushare system. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with VAAR Part 819.7007, Sole source awards to service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns. The NAICS code is 541511 and has a size standard of $27.5 Million for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit responses no later than 9am CST, September 15, 2014 to: lashanda.harrington@va.gov. The subject line must specify VA249-I-0927 - Xerox Docushare. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. It will be no automated email notification of receipt of responses. DISCLAIMER This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly.
