Description

Codarra Electrical Loads Analysis Software Solicitation N00421-14-T-0583 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a Sole Source basis with Codarra Advanced Systems PTY LTD, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Codarra Advanced System has developed an Electrical Loads Analysis (ELA) program with the specific purpose of maintaining aircraft Electrical Loads Analysis (ELA) in accordance with MIL-E-7016F. The software will allow users to build a graphical model of an aircraft's electrical system and generate immediate reports on power source loading in a format the US Navy requires. Vendor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. This can be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm See Attached RFQ for Statement of Work. Solicitation will close on 15 September 2014 at 9:00 AM (EST).
