Description

Redacted Sole Source Justification THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. The 502nd Contracting Squadron (502 CONS) at Joint Base San Antonio - Fort Sam Houston intends to enter into an agreement with DirecTV, LLC. (CAGE 67K27 ). This will be a sole source BPA that will allow the 502 Force Support Squadron to pay for their DirecTV service through their Government Purchase Card. The Government intends to enter into this agreement under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) -"Soliciting from a single source". See redacted sole source justification attached. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This proposed action is for a BPA solely for the use of the 502 FSS' Patriot Inn at Camp Bullis and will enable them to use their Government Purchase Card to pay their monthly invoice.
