The VA Medical Center, Battle Creek, MI will be soliciting offers for purchase and installation of waiting room office furniture for the newly constructed Community Based Outpatient Center (CBOC) in Wyoming, MI. Contractor shall provide all required furniture, equipment, and necessary tools for the delivery and installation of all items listed on the price schedule. Request for Quote (VA-251-14-Q-0671) will be issued on or around September 11, 2014. Anticipated award date is September 26, 2014. Delivery and installation must be completed by October 31, 2014. No telephone requests will be honored. The government is not responsible to make available paper copies. No verbal questions will be allowed. All responses to questions which may affect offers will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking the web site for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the bid period. No individual notification of amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time will be included in the solicitation document. This is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS code for this requirement is 337211. The size standard: under 500 employees.
