- Performance Work Statement This is a COMBINED SOLICITATION/SYNOPSIS for Service and commercial items for Third Party Collection system and Third Party Collection Services prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in FAR 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-aside. This solicitation number is N00259-14-T-0344. The closing date is, September 15, 2014 @ 09:00a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST). The Government will only consider firm fixed-price quotations. Offerors must be registered on the System for Award Management Registration(SAM) prior to award. The website address is www.sam.gov. Past Performance: Provide three (2) military hospital references with the Point of contact, telephone number, address and contract number. References must be within the last 3 years. 3. Requests and analyze credit reports for use in determining ways to resolve delinquent debt accounts. Determines whether write-off tools are recommended to immediate supervisor when debts are uncollectible, i.e., in case a bankruptcy. Monitors payments made by debtors and minimizes delinquents/the number of accounts that are delinquent. End of Solicitation.
