- Draft RFP N00030-15-R-0205 9/10/14 Attachment 3 - CFMR-M/Q Forms and Instructions Attachment 2 - CFMR-M/Q Format Attachment 1 - DD254 Security Classification Form Exhibit A - Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) The Government is seeking industry feedback for Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) N00030-15-R-0205 under this Special Notice. Specifically, the Government is looking for feedback involving: 1. The clarity and completeness of the requirements in Statement of Work (SOW) in Section C, including the contemplated specific tasks, lengths of the periods of performance, contract types, and number of option years ; 2. The clarity and completeness of the attached Security Classification Form (DD254) under Section J; 3. The clarity and completeness of the attached Contract Data Requirements List (DD 1423 CDRL) under Section J; 4. The clarity and completeness of the instructions to offerors under Section L; and 5. The clarity and completeness of the evaluation factors under Section M. Government-Industry engagement will permit the Government to better meet its requirements, improve competition, boost the involvement of small business, and reduce the procurement timeline. The anticipated acquisition strategy is a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) competition. Feedback from this RFP will also assist the Government toward possibly awarding without discussions.
