Description

Bio Rad Sole Source N68095-14-T-3500 Solicitation The Acquisitions Division, Naval Hospital Bremerton WA 98312 is announcing its intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract on a sole source basic under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) fo rCardiac Markers Plus Controls - Liquichek. The award will be made to BIO-RAD LABORATORIES, INC; 400 Alfred Nobel Dr, Hercules, CA 94547. The sole source Justification is based on Bio-Rad being the Manufacture who can provide us with the completed inventory of FDA approved liquid chemistry controls for our RXL Analyzers. The acquisition and lot number tracking of these products is done with the UNITY Software system which is the only system of this kind that has been approved by Naval Hospital Bremerton Information Managemtn Department installed on our network. If a vendor challenges the basis of htis requirement, pleae email product capability statemetns to Rebecca Smith @rebecca.smith@med.navy.mil. Email challenges are preferred. CLosing date for challenges is no later than 3:00pm PST on 17 September 2014. No phone calls will be accepted.
